Face Cleansers And Toners

Toners
Toners shrink appearance of pores on your face and cleanse your skin. They can be applied either using damp cotton wool ,by spraying or applying it as a facial mask. You can choose whichever way that pleases you but you must ensure that you are using the right type of toner.
There are three types of toners:
  1. Skin bracers-also known as fresheners.
  2. Skin tonics
  3. Astringents

  • Skin bracers have no alcohol and are most suitable for dry ,sensitive, dehydrated skin.Normal skins are also suitable for toners
  • Skin tonics are slightly stronger than bracers .They are suitable for normal ,combination and oily skin.
  • Astringents are the strongest of all toners .They are suitable for oily skins. It is advisable to apply only to the problem areas of your skin because they have a drying effect on dry skin which inturn triggers the skin to produce oil in excess as it trys to compensate for lost oil.
As you grow old less dead cells are produced on your skin so you are adviced to use mild toners to avoid damaging your skin.
Carrot oil is also said to improve complexion by strengthening your red blood cells. It is most reccomended for dry ageing skin as it is a great skin rejuvenator.
Aloe Vera if used on a regular basis can serve as a natural way of evening your complexion while honey helps in skin rejuvenation thus giving you that young look every day.

Cleansers
Cleansers help to remove dead cells from your skin and expose new cells so that your face remains fresh and young.Natural cleansers are the best as they don't expose you to the risk of toxic chemicals that are sometimes included in manufactured cleansers.
