The name Sarah Burton has become popular of late.She has been associated with dressing top icons like Michelle Obama and of course the chic Kate Middleton;She personally did the royal wedding dress for Kate Middleton after Alexander McQueen's death.

She also designed a red dinner dress for Michelle Obama;the one she wore at the state dinner for the *People's Republic of China at the White House.
Sarah also designed the wedding dress for Sara Buys ,the bride of Tom Parker Bowles, the son of the Duchess of Cornwall .

Polytechnic then moved to London to
study print fashion at Central St. Martins then went for a one year placement at Alexander McQueen.In 1996 she joined the Alexander McQueen brand permanently and four years later rose to be the head of womenswear, working next to McQueen.Sarah Burton's success began when she started working with the late Alexander McQueen who passed on last year.Sarah has since then succeeded him and her popularity has increased tremendously.
