Five Best Dressed Celebrities At 2013 MTV VMA'S -Unique outfits!

At the VMA's which took place on Sunday 25th 2013, dressing had to be on the limelight and many celebrities made the red carpet glow. Different brand names were spotted on the red carpet but only the best designs are worth sharing. Amongst celebrities who attended the VMA awards were Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga,One Direction and many others. Take a look at the best dressed celebrities during the MTV awards:
Holland Roden In Naeem Khan
I was totally breath taken when I saw someone dare to get this outfit designed by Naeem Khan. I thought it broke all the dinner dress monotony that sometimes happens on red carpets. Ball skirts and cigarrete pants do actually look amazing together and so is the whole outfit and the personality in it. Amazing!
Jennifer Hudson In Christian Dior, at MTV awards 2013

Another sweet surprise on the red carpet was Jennifer Hudson's top and skirt by Christian Dior. The leather skirt with a side bustle went well with the bustier top. Great for her body and not a so common look to spot on celebrities.
Ariana Grande in  a Kenley Collins dress
Remember Kenley Collins from Project Runway? This dress is one of his products. Ariana looked totally cute and simple. What caught my attention was the floral design on the fabric and the way her slim body fit so well in this. It's an all time dress- no season or event is too much for this.
Katy Perry in Emanuel Ungaro leopard print gown
This is not the first time that this leopard print dress by Ungaro has been spotted on a celebrity but I just loved it on Katy Perry. She kept it simple with a pony tail and little jewellery and unlike the one worn by Coco Rocha sometimes back, hers is short.

I have to admit I was very attracted to the embellishments on the gown (dragonfly and flower embellishments). In case you didn't notice, Katy went a step further to accessorize her teeth with jeweled grillz that spelt the word "Roar"- her new single.
Lady Gaga in Prabal Gurung
Lady Gaga is known for her rather unique choice of clothes; sometimes outrageous, a few times just on point like the one above. I have to take a bow for Prabal Gurung, the Nepalese American fashion designer who made Gaga look this simple and composed. I love the dress and to some point I think the all black look on Gaga is really a charm in its own way. I think this dress in other colors like red and blue will look amazing too.

How To Dress A Newborn Baby-Must Have Outfits

Newborn babies are very fragile and sensitive to their needs. Therefore it follows that you have to have equal sensitivity so that you will be able to recognize the needs of the child and attend to them. After proper feeding, dressing comes second on the list of needs that must be fulfilled for your baby. What you pick for your baby to wear and at what place and time are quite tricky and sometimes we get it all wrong; no wonder they won't stop crying even after proper feeding. Good news is: I have the guidelines on how you should dress a newborn baby for a more comfortable day with them. Check the tips below:

  • To know how many layers of clothes your child should be in during certain weather, check the layers you are wearing then add one more to your baby; if you wear two sweaters, your newborn baby should have three. You could also supplement the extra sweater with a baby showl or blanket.
  • Always check for a sweaty neck or signs of discomfort so that your baby is not overdressed. Overheating because of too much dressing is not only a discomfort but also a health risk to your baby.
  • Coveralls for babies are always easier to dress newborns in. Sometimes getting small fitting baby clothes is difficult but when you have a good number of coveralls you only need to worry about inner wear like vests, and pants. Moreover, baby coveralls are usually warmer and they allow your baby to wave their little hands and feet in the air without the discomfort of three sweaters and a blanket. You might have also noticed how much easier it is to carry a baby in coveralls on your hands.Make sure to dress them with enough layers of clothe under the coveralls.
  •  During a hot sunny day, you can take your baby out in light clothes but make sure their delicate skin is not in direct contact with the sun rays. A hat for them or an umbrella will provide enough shade for comfort. Sunscreen is also a good way to protect your child's skin from the sun.
  • Have a wide collection of different baby clothes for different seasons and weather. Remember to have important clothes like snow suits, body suits, cotton socks, shorts, jackets and sweaters to name a few.
  • Choose very light and preferably padded baby shoes. You can go for knitted baby shoes which are very warm and flexible and don't feel heavy on the child's feet.
  • When carrying the baby in a carrier or sling, make sure to loosen so that the baby does not suffocate. When carrying the baby in slings made of heavy, warm fabrics, make sure not to overdress the baby or they will overheat.
  • When shopping before delivery, go for unisex clothes with neutral colors such as white, orange, brown, yellow and green. When you are sure of the gender, you can buy more of pinks for girls and more blues for baby boys.
  • Finally don't forget to choose cute, trendy and fitting clothes. Babies love fashion too!
