Victoria Beckham's Post-Baby Body

One thing most ladies wish they knew is how Victoria Beckham has managed to go through four births and still maintained such a trim and hot body. Six months after her fourth baby, she already looked like a model. Well, you don't expect to get a good body for free and Victoria too made some sacrifices even if she had delivered by Caesarian.
Apparently, Victoria was eating five high protein meals a day with some vegetables plus lots of water only five days after giving birth. She then turned to eating five handfuls of food daily (Five Hands diet) which is a faster way of loosing weight. The only snacks on Victoria's diet were goji berries and nuts. Other than the dieting was some gentle exercise before she resumed her normal work out.
It is not certain how healthy Victoria Beckham's diet technique is but it worked for her. Mothers can try it out with the guidance of their doctors but if it fails, it probably was not meant for everyone.
