Juicing For Weight loss

Juicing for weight loss has been proven to be a safe and effective way of shedding off some weight. Since weight gain is caused mainly by taking in more calories than we can burn, then for us to lose weight we need to get rid of the excess calories and to only consume the required amount of calories. This could be quite a challenge when health is put into consideration and that is why juicing comes in very handy for you.
What does "Juicing for weightloss" mean?
Juicing for weight loss is simply taking in nutrients into your body in form of juices made from natural vegetables and fruits that contain the necessary calories and nutrients essential for normal functioning of the body. Basically you can choose from a wide range of fruits and vegetables but you should make sure you are taking in enough nutrients. The juice can be made using a juicing machine or a blender. You may also improvise your own ways of extracting the juice if you don’t have either of the two.
Tips while making your weightloss juice:
  • When extracting juice it is important to return back some of the pulp you left while extracting juice from the fruits so that you can have some fiber in your body.
  • You should also observe hygiene and good preservation of the juice.
  • The best juice would be the one you make and take on the same day.
  • You should only use fresh fruits and vegetables. Vegetable juice should be extracted from raw vegetables.
  • The rate at which you juice will highly depend on your weight and how much you need to loose. Sometimes it would be important to consult with your doctor first and get advice on how much weight you can lose without causing harm to your body.

What to use to make weightloss juice:
  • Some of the popular and delicious juices come from fruits such as:pineapples, oranges, passion fruits, lemon and mangoes.
  • Vegetables such as beet root, spinach, red cabbage and carrots are also very advisable.
  • A combination of any of the above fruits and vegetables will work well for most people. You can actually blend all for a juice rich in nutrients.
  • Other fruits can also be used depending on your tastes and preferences.
  • Most green leafy vegetables are nutrient rich.
  • You might want to avoid sweeteners and artificial sugars in your juice since they contain a lot of calories.

How to juice effectively and lose weight
  1. Taking alcohol and processed fats after juicing will also render all your weight-loss efforts useless.
  2. Besides taking juices, you should make sure that you keep your body active and do some exercise as well. Sweating is a great sign that you have kept your body active.
  3. You will also need to drink a lot of water.Taking in water is the best way to remove toxins from your body and to keep yourself feeling fresh and relaxed.

Men Fashion 2015: Three ways to wear a belt and make an impression!

Have you ever wondered why some men look so good in simple clothes while you feel you don't look so good in your flashy custom mades? I have just discovered that a good belt is the simplest way to transform your looks without making so much effort. Different belts suit different ocassions plus you can have as many in your wardrobe without looking weird.
To start you off, try out the following ideas. I found them very useful for any trendy man.

1. Matching your leather belt with other leather accessories
A leather watch, bag, or bangle to match you leather belt is quite impressive. It adds a sense of style to your attire and balances everything even if you are playing around different colors. You could also try wearing matching shoes if you are the cautious type.
2. Going colorful
A black or brown belt is usually very okey for almost all men. Very few men actually dare to choose brightly colored belts. What many of us have not noticed is that colored belts tend to refresh the outfit and if done right, it is super-trendy. If you are a bit shy you can start off with a blue belt; it's not so conspicous. After a while I promise you will be addicted to color.

3. Try out suspender belts

I know not so many men have tried out suspender belts but its never too late to start. The best thing about suspenders is that they never seem to go out of fashion and you can wear them even when you grow old. When you really want to go casual in a classy way or whan you want to add a reto touch to your official clothes, suspenders will easily o it for you.
